Plank knee taps into downward dog is a full body exerciser that engages strengthens and stretches the core, arms, chest, spine, hips, hamstrings and calves.

Start in plank position on your hands, but with your knees bent as though you are in table top. Tap your knees to the ground three times before extending back into downward dog.
